This 50-minute presentation will help you to identify problem situations and develop the skills and confidence to step in.

Attendees will receive guidance and instruction on recognizing and appropriately responding to initial allegations and complaints of sex discrimination. Training will focus on the first responder’s responsibility to facilitate the filing of complaints, student rights, case scenarios, how Title IX process differs from the criminal one, and how to contact Interim Title IX Compliance Officer.
