Persons of the College of Southern Idaho community, guests and visitors have the right to be free from discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. All persons of the campus community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

- Title VI and title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
- Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972
- Section 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Acts of 1973
- Americans with Disabilities Acts of 1990
- All other state and federal non-discrimination statues
- Appropriate consideration shall be given to veterans in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations
