The CSI Challenge Program passionately believes that experience is the best teacher, and advocates that “play” has power even in corporate settings.The blending of the two is now offered through the CSI Challenge Program in several “facilitraining” workshops. Foundational theories are taught and practiced through experiential activities, and are internalized through reflection and applied outcomes.

To further camaraderie and learning, pair a workshop with the high ropes course to bring people together in a new and powerful way. An additional 2 - 4 hours on the high ropes can exponentially alter the atmosphere of a group, build lasting relationships, and establish values transferable to the workplace.
