Admission Steps
CSI Application will open again beginning of 2025 for fall 2025 admittance.
To find the application packet and for additional information, please go to the PTA Student Google Site The application can be found on the left side of the screen under Program Admissions.
Applying to this program is a separate application process from applying to the College or declaring a major.
To promote success on the certification/licensure examination(s), all Required Courses must be passed with a grade of C or better. Registration for PTAE courses is restricted to students within the major.

Program Prerequisites
- Anatomy and Physiology 1
- Medical Terminology
- English Composition
- Mathematics 123 or higher

Application 2024:
Application dates for the Fall 2024 ICPTAE program are March 25, 2024 - May 16, 2024.
This is a selective-entry program and the following numbers of students will comprise the new class:
- College of Western Idaho (CWI) - 14 students;
- Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC) - 6 students;
- North Idaho College (NIC) - 10 students;
- College of Southern Idaho (CSI) - 10 students.
*CSI accepts cohorts every other year and a cohort will be accepted for Fall 2025.
