Admission Steps

The Drafting Technology program provides training in aspects of drafting using CAD programs and traditional techniques. Students considering this program should possess a high aptitude for detail work and spatial relationships, be able to work in a team setting, and have a strong math background including algebra. This is a limited enrollment program. and courses are in-person.

  1. Apply to CSI and become a Golden Eagle: Fill out the free online form to Apply to CSI, then watch your email for your acceptance letter and instructions to get set up as a new student. 

  2. Fill out your application: Complete the online form to apply to CSI's Drafting Technology program. Students will need their CSI ID# to complete the program application.

  3. Meet with Instructor: Schedule an appointment with program manager Pat Ferrell to discuss next steps.
