The Computer Support Technician Program is a one-year Intermediate Technical Certificate intended for those interested in working as an IT professional. Coursework prepares students to work in IT at an entry level.

Apply to CSI and become a Golden Eagle: Fill out the free online form to Apply to CSI, then watch your email for your acceptance letter and instructions to get set up as a new student.
- Prepare for Registration: Make an appointment with an Enrollment Specialist to declare your major and get registration clearance.

Although there are a few classes students can take online, most of the coursework is in-person with a classroom setting.
- Fall and Spring Admission: If a student chooses to start in the spring semester, it may take them longer than a year to complete the program as some courses are only taught in the fall or spring semesters.

Prior Certification: Students who have a current CompTIA A+ certification can purchase the credits for CISS 107-Computer Essentials and CISS 110 & Lab-Troubleshooting the PC.
- Keep Learning!: The Computer Support Technician certificate completes the first year of courses for the Network Systems Technician Associate of Applied Science degree.
