CSI Admissions Team Recognized by Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling

Release Date: Monday 2024-06-10

TWIN FALLS – The College of Southern Idaho (CSI) was recently recognized for its commitment to ensuring that students get a smooth start at the college. The Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC) awarded CSI with its Program of Excellence Award during its annual conference in May. The award, which CSI earned in recognition of the Instant Enrollment events that it regularly hosts on campus, is given to institutions that provide exemplary service to students.

“This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our Student Access and Enrollment Services teams, along with all of the CSI employees who are committed to supporting students in their transition to college,” said CSI President Dr. L. Dean Fisher in commenting on the award. “Instant Enrollment events are an important means of accomplishing that.”

During Instant Enrollment events, students have access to a one-stop-shop where they can complete all of the steps required to enroll in college. Students can apply, get advised about the classes they need to take, register for those classes, and get help completing their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) all in a single location. Other resources available at Instant Enrollment events include information about programs and student services, along with prizes that include a $250 scholarship which is given away at each event.

CSI is hosting its first Instant Enrollment Week June 10th through 14th on the main campus at CSI. For more information about this award-winning event, and to find dates of future Instant Enrollment events in Twin Falls, Jerome, and Burley, visit  https://www.csi.edu/instant-enrollment.
