Facilities & Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all campus property including buildings, grounds, equipment, parking, motor pool, and any associated activities that make the college a safe, clean, and modern learning environment.

Callers should be prepared to give their name, return phone number, and CSI building name from which they are calling.
Request Maintenance Work
All routine maintenance service, work requests, and key requests must be requested through the work order system. Include accurate descriptions, specific locations, and if the request is urgent.
The maintenance office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If there is an emergency situation after hours, please contact security at 208-732-6605. For non-emergencies, please submit a Work Order online.
