Applying to CSI

Admissions requirements

You will need to submit the following information in order to be admitted to CSI:

  1. Application for Admission
  2. High school and college transcripts
  3. Estimate of Costs
  4. Declaration of Finances Form
  5. Completion of Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or the ELS.
  6. International Student Questionnaire
  7. Non-Immigration Transfer Clearance
