The College of Southern Idaho provides an on-campus co-educational residence hall that accommodates 128 women and 120 men in separate wings. Every effort is made to make this your "home away from home." Because space is limited and demand is high, students should apply for on-campus housing for the following year as early as possible in the spring semester. Students with disabilities needing special accommodations, please make requests as early as possible.
Rooms are designed for either singe or double occupancy and are equipped with a study desk, bed, closet/dresser and chair. Cable TV and Wireless Internet are also included. You provide your own linens, blankets, pillows, towels and other items that add to the attractiveness and comfort of your room. Laundry facilities and individual lounges are located in each wing.
Besides your own room, there are several lounges where you can study with friends. Eagle Hall also features a computer lab with Internet access exclusively for residents. Designated quiet hours provide an atmosphere conducive to studying.
There are a number of social and educational activities for dorm residents. Our activity center serves as a gathering place for many dorm activities such as dances, pizza parties, video nights or just a place to “hang out”. Whether listening to a guest speaker, playing sand volleyball, or eating your share at the dorm barbecue, you’ll find a variety of events that promote interaction with fellow residents!
New students should download a dorm application and send in the application along with the $100 security deposit to the CSI Housing Office. Because space is limited, you should request a room as early as possible in the year prior to your arrival. Reservations for the fall semester are generally filled early the preceding spring.
All costs are subject to change. Contact the Residence Hall for details at (208) 732-6575 or toll free 1-800-6800-CSI in Idaho and Nevada.
In addition to all applicable federal, state and local laws, you are required to abide by college and dormitory regulations. You will receive and be asked to sign a Dormitory Contract that will explain in detail all dormitory regulations. Other college policies are contained within the CSI Catalog or published and the College website. Eagle Hall is a smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free facility. For additional information contact the Housing Coordinator.
Northview Apartments and Quilici Trust Apartments, managed by the College of Southern Idaho, are located just north of the campus and feature 1, 2, 3 bedroom units. For more information, contact (208) 733-0740.

If you desire to live off campus there are also a variety of rental apartments, duplexes, condominiums and houses available to college students. Single bedroom units range from about $300 to $400 per month, while two-bedroom units normally run from $400 to $600 monthly. Rentals with three or more bedrooms start at $650 and up.
Another possibility to consider is living with a family. Frequently there are people in the community interested in renting a room in their home to a student. These arrangements generally include kitchen, laundry and other privileges. Many are within walking distance to the college. Sometimes these rental agreements provide room and board in exchange for child care or housework.
The Student Activities Office maintains listings of off-campus housing opportunities in homes, apartments, and with families. Students who are seeking roommates may also find assistance through this service. There is also a list of contacts and numbers for off-campus accessible housing. The College is not affiliated with, does not "screen" nor endorse these off-campus housing options. Students are responsible for determining the suitability of each listing.
We strongly recommend that you look for housing early!
