If the acquisition of knowledge is the goal of education, then instructors must be chameleons. We must fit the environment in which we find ourselves and always remember that learners are diverse and unpredictable. Every cohort will have unique quirks and requirements that will test our skills and expand our boundaries; this makes us the learner as well.
